At Siboasi USA, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return — following these steps will help us resolve your request as quickly as possible.
Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation
- In its original, unused condition — not powered on, operated, or tested outdoors
- Packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and parts
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned after the 30-day window has passed
- Items that have been used, assembled, or operated
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or documentation
- Items purchased as final sale, clearance, or open-box
- Custom-configured or special-order equipment
- Consumable parts such as replacement balls, nets, or worn components
- Items damaged due to improper use, storage, or installation
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before shipping anything back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
Yes — original packaging is required for all returns. Our equipment is precision-engineered and the original packaging is specifically designed to protect it during transit. Returning an item in improper packaging puts it at risk of damage during shipping, which could result in your return being rejected.
We strongly recommend keeping all original packaging materials until you are certain you are satisfied with your purchase. This includes:
- The outer shipping carton
- Internal foam inserts and padding
- All plastic wrap, cable ties, and protective covers
- All included accessories, power adapters, remote controls, and manuals
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the original purchase price of the item. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and returning the item to sellable inventory.
For example, if you purchased a ball machine for $800, a 25% restocking fee of $200 would be deducted from your refund, resulting in a refund of $600 (before any applicable shipping deductions).
Beyond the standard 25% restocking fee, additional deductions may apply in the following situations:
- Missing accessories or parts: If any included accessories, remotes, cables, or manuals are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund
- Damaged packaging: If the original packaging is significantly damaged, a repackaging fee may apply
- Item condition: If the item shows signs of use beyond what was disclosed at the time of the return request, an additional condition deduction may apply
We will communicate any additional deductions to you before finalizing your refund so there are no surprises.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. This includes the cost of the carrier, any freight or oversize fees, and insurance if desired. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exception: If your item arrived defective, was the wrong item, or was damaged in transit, Siboasi USA will cover the cost of return shipping. Contact us at siboasiusa.com/pages/contact before shipping the item back so we can arrange this for you.
Once your return is approved and you have received a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team, please follow these shipping guidelines:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all included accessories
- Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box
- Use a trackable shipping method — we recommend insuring the shipment for its full purchase value
- Email us the tracking number once the item has been shipped
Siboasi USA is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Shipping insurance is strongly recommended.
How to Return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery — submit your return request at siboasiusa.com/pages/contact with your order number and reason for return
- Receive your RMA number — our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization number and return address
- Pack and ship — securely repack the item in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the outside of the box, and ship it using a trackable carrier of your choice
- Send us your tracking info — email your return tracking number to our support team so we can monitor the shipment
- Inspection and refund — once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Once your returned item is received at our facility, we will inspect it within 1–3 business days. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear in your account. If you don't see your refund after 10 business days from the date we notified you of approval, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Yes, exchanges are available for eligible items within the 30-day return window. If you'd like to exchange your product for a different model or configuration, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that the 25% restocking fee applies to the returned item in an exchange, and any difference in price between models will be charged or refunded accordingly. Return shipping costs for the original item are still the customer's responsibility.
Damaged & Defective Items
If your item arrived visibly damaged, please do the following immediately:
- Take clear photos of the damage to the item and all packaging before moving or unpacking further
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt if signing for the shipment
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at siboasiusa.com/pages/contact
We will arrange a replacement shipment or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. The restocking fee does not apply to items damaged in transit.
If your item is defective upon arrival or develops a manufacturing fault during normal use, it may be covered under warranty. Please contact our support team with:
- Your order number and date of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect or malfunction
Our team will diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate resolution — which may include a replacement part, a repair, or a full product replacement. Defective item returns are not subject to the restocking fee, and Siboasi USA will cover return shipping costs.
We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll arrange return shipping at our expense and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.
No restocking fee applies to orders that were shipped incorrectly by Siboasi USA.
Warranty
All Siboasi USA products come with a manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product — please refer to your product documentation or contact us for specific coverage details.
Warranty claims are handled separately from our return policy. If your product develops a fault after the 30-day return window, please contact us — warranty coverage may still apply.
General Questions
Yes — if your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible at siboasiusa.com/pages/contact with your order number.
Because we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order is placed. If your order has already shipped, please follow the standard return process outlined above. The 25% restocking fee will apply in this case.
Original packaging is a requirement for all standard returns. If you no longer have the original packaging, your return request may not be approved.
In some cases, we may be able to work with you if the item is in perfect, unused condition and can be safely packaged for return transit. Please contact us to discuss your situation before shipping anything — we'll do our best to find a solution.
This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through siboasiusa.com. If you purchased your Siboasi product through an authorized dealer, retailer, or third-party marketplace such as Amazon, please contact that seller directly for their return policy.
